Whether a specific route connects and how well it performs may be affected by the user's network location, device environment, destination service policies, and route maintenance status.
Users should confirm before activation that the service suits their intended use and local requirements. Route descriptions, platform information, and operating guides on this website are provided to help users choose and configure the service. They do not guarantee continuous access to any particular website, application, or content at all times.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route use, and order activity under their accounts. If unusual account access is detected, users should change their passwords promptly and stop sharing their credentials.
There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online at the same time, but each account and subscription is intended for the account holder and devices they reasonably manage. Users may not resell, rent out, or publicly distribute subscriptions; provide account or subscription credentials to unspecified third parties for shared use; or copy or distribute connection information in bulk through automated means.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. After a subscription expires, traffic is used up, or an account is restricted, the related connection permissions may stop. Users can check the current status in the account panel.
Requirements for Compliant Use
When using the service, users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and those applicable to the relevant services. Users may not use network acceleration routes for unlawful purposes, infringe the lawful rights of others, or engage in unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious programs, network attacks, fraud, harassment, or unlawful content distribution.
Third-party websites, applications, and content accessed by users are managed independently by their respective providers. Their account rules, content licenses, and regional policies are outside the control of these terms. Users must determine for themselves what authorization is required to access and use those services and assume responsibility for their own actions.
Service Availability and Liability
CacaVPN maintains, adjusts, and troubleshoots services based on route operating conditions. Maintenance, network congestion, carrier route changes, device system restrictions, destination platform policy changes, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause connection interruptions, speed changes, or temporary inaccessibility of some services.
Users should keep their clients, system permissions, and subscription information usable, and when problems occur, first check the local network, switch to another route in the same region, or resync the subscription. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not responsible for losses caused by device failure, incorrect configuration, changes to third-party services, or unauthorized account use; rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited remain unaffected.
Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, interfere with route operations, affect other users' normal access, conduct unlawful activities, or otherwise violate these terms, CacaVPN may, according to the level of risk, restrict relevant features, suspend connection permissions, or terminate the service. To protect account and system security, temporary restrictions may also be imposed when unusual access or clear signs of abuse are detected.
Users may stop using the service. If a subscription expires without being renewed, service permissions end according to the subscription status shown in the account. Account restrictions or service termination do not affect rights available under law and do not remove responsibilities that arose before termination.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. To request a refund, users must submit verifiable order and account information through the service entry in their account so that order ownership can be confirmed. Refund rights are handled under these terms and applicable law; stopping use of the service does not automatically complete a refund.
CacaVPN may update these terms based on changes to service scope, operational requirements, or applicable rules. Updated content will be published on this page with the latest revision date. Material changes affecting user rights or responsibilities will be explained through available notices on the website or in the account. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; users who disagree should stop using the service.
